C-130J transport is flawed, report says
Article Abstract:
A report revealed that the C-130J Hercules is riddled with problems and offers outmoded technology at a high price. One of the reasons for criticism as stated by the Project on Government Oversight (POGO), was that the aircraft was purchased in an unusual process as a 'commercial item', a procedure that usually is employed for buying items such as computers, office equipment and cars.
