Article Abstract:
According to Arthur Cebrowski, director of force transformation in the office of the Secretary of Defense, the next major transport plane for the Department of Defense (DOD) would be a type of rotorcraft called a gyrocopter that can haul 70,000 or more pounds up to 30,000 or more feet.
