Franks counsels vigilance on Iranian nuclear threat

Tommy Frank, former commander of the U.S. Central Command including Iran and Iraq refused to state that the United States should use military strikes to take out Iranian nuclear facilities, saying that such decisions must be left to elected leaders. He further states that US cannot ignore threats such as the nuclear program in Iran.

Health co-payments would rise to curb soaring health costs
Article Abstract:
The Department of Defense (DOD) in 2006 is planning to increase co-payments for cover medical coverage, payments that would be provided by some young military retirees. Because of the young retirees' costs were of flat, not indexed to inflation, the retirees would pay just 12% of total program costs, while DOD pays 88 percent.
