Identification and immunotherapeutic targeting of antigens induced by chemotherapy
Article Abstract:
The dissimilarity between cancer cells and normal cells is identified in response to chemotherapy by targeting tumor-specific, cell surface protein whose expression is induced by the chemotherapeutic irinotecan. The results reveal that a positive therapeutic index may be generated for other drug combinations by immunotherapeutic targeting of chemotherapy-induced antigens.

In vivo imaging platform for tracking immunotherapeutic cells
Article Abstract:
A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology that uses perfluoropolyether (PFPE) agents to track cells in vivo is presented. The method focused on dendritic cells (DCs), which are being developed as immunotherapeutics for cancer and autoimmune diseases, but the technology should also be useful for monitoring a wide range of cell types in vivo.

Designer combination therapy for cancer
Article Abstract:
A study on the designing a combination therapy to kill tumor cells by engineering an antibody conjugate that by target cell-surface protein induced by chemotherapeutic agent was conducted. The approach showed remarkable efficacy in preclinical models of colorectal cancer.
