Mapping out a sales force strategy: software offerings help companies improve their market presence
Article Abstract:
Many small businesses in the US are using mapping software to assess their marketing strategies. With such software, companies can enter census or database-derived data to computers and visualize their market performance. It can show information such as customer location, distance traveled to get to companies' stores and other data needed for evaluating market presence. Another area where this software could be helpful is sales force management. Approaches on how to reduce cost and increase sales force operating efficiency are described.
