Sensormatic Electronics
Article Abstract:
Sensormatic Electronics is a maker of electronic article surveillance systems and closed circuit television systems. Insider selling was noted last Dec 1992 but this was considered as a reaction to Pres Bill Clinton's proposed tax reform. The stock declined from $36.25 to $30 last Feb 1993. Five insiders cleared out 100,399 shares in Mar 1993, when the price recovered to the range of $34.50 to $39.88. These insider distributions suggest the lack of positive fundamentals so caution is recommended.
