Electronic document integration technologies are a family of tools that has applications in such tasks as imaging, character recognition and workflow software. According to experts, use of these equipment can minimize costs, improve service, enable users to handle higher volumes of data and increase speed of processing. However, to reap these benefits, a company has to follow two rules. They should implement the tools in a superior manner. Moreover, electronic document integration should come as part of a business process re-engineering effort.
