FRANCE: MOVEMENTS AT MOBIL OIL FRANCAISE

Mobil Oil Francaise recently created a Supervisory Board, made up of Herve Roger, Christopher Beddoes, and John Banfield, following its transformation into a joint stock company, controlled by Mobil Trading France. Mobil Oil Francaise also increased its capital to FFr 803.6mn, then converted it into EUR 36.6mn, after reducing it to FFr 239mn.
