ADA reworks diabetes renewal mailing
Article Abstract:
The American Diabetes Association (ADA), based in Alexandria, VA, has updated its renewal and acquisition direct mailing campaign. The mailings aim to sent out 18 million acquisition pieces and 9 million renewal pieces, or an average of about 7,000 every month. ADA eyes to plan the revamped renewal and acquisition direct mailing campaign around the results of fiscal year 1998's yearlong test of a new mail piece that identified a donor group of 500,000 people responsible for almost $8 million in donations in 1998.
