Small retailers offered fulfillment aid

E-business services provider CommerceKey.com has launched a program that is intended specifically for small retailers. The Aisle Z program will enable mom-and-pop retailers offer up to 20 products at aislez.com for an initial fee of $150 and $29 a month thereafter. Initially, the program will be offered in New York to be followed by other major markets in the US. Two fulfillment programs for online purchases will be made available for retailers.

Portland, Ore.-based eVineyard Inc. will take the name of Wine.com after acquiring the online wine vendor's domain name and database. The overhauled Wine.com, which will market vintage wine brands to increase sales, now has a customer database of 500,000 addresses following the acquisition.
