Quadstone releases interface for WebTrends CommerceTrends

Quadstone, a customer relationship management (CRM) vendor, has launched a dedicated interface for WebTrends CommerceTrends in Apr 2001 as part of its Quadstone Connector Program. The move was in response to a need for better integration between anayltical and operational CRM systems. The Quadstone interface extends its open systems approach beyond call-center database interfaces to provide specific integration to market-leading CRM, Web, rules-based and personalization systems.

Amdocs offers customer data application

Amdocs Inc of St. Louis, MO, has introduced its www.customer.analysis software application, part of the software company's Amdocs Ensemble platform. The software, which was unveiled in mid-Jun 2000, uses three- dimensional visualization to interactively analyze customer behavior. Amdocs' customer analysis software solution, which can be used as a stand- alone system, supports multiple views of client data such as billing, organization, usage and location.
