Shamrock Boats gets a new owner, old location: Palmer Marine of Seattle is returning the company to its original Florida manufacturing plant

Seattle-based Palmer Marine Inc., who has purchased Shamrock Boats from KCS International Inc., plans to move the Shamrock manufacturing plant back to its original facility in Cape Coral, Florida from North Carolina. Bo Palmer, president of Palmer Marine says that the production of the Shamrock line initially will be limited and later on the facilities and manufacture of Shamrock will be expanded.
