Article Abstract:
Product Information Network of Englewood, CO, has formed partnerships with 81 local broadcasters, who will start using the former's PinPoint Response Program during the first quarter of 2000. Tyee struggles with Excite@Home's business model
Article Abstract:
Tyee Euro RSCG is finding it difficult to measure the impact of a new long form ad it produced for Excite@Home, because of the latter's failure to provide adequate information on consumer response. The ad touts @Home's latest co-branded broadband cable service, which is installed and serviced by local cable broadcasters that @Home has deals with. Jennifer Doyle, @Home's VP for marketing, said the problem started when the ad was sent to cable operators before the service was launched. She added that many operators did not air the ad until the service was available to customers.
