1996-99 Dodge Caravan
Article Abstract:
DaimlerChrysler Corp's 1996-1999 Dodge Caravan models are highly impressive. Advantages include additional space in all seating positions as well as lower dashboard and larger windows for improved visibility. Driver-side sliding doors and a 1.4-inch lower step-in height make for easier entry and exit. The dashboard has a more user-friendly layout, seats are removable, and assorted storage bins, nooks and crannies can be used for storing miscellaneous items. Performance is adequate, and these models are quieter and even more car-like than before.

1993-94 Dodge Colt
Article Abstract:
DaimlerChrysler Corp's 1993-1994 Dodge Colt models accelerate modestly with standard 1.5-liter engines, while passing power with automatc transmissions is meager. However, the 1.8-liter four-doors are markedly quicker with either manual or automatic transmissions. Wider tires, which are optional in the two-door models, deliver better control in turns. This generation of Colts is worth considering among the crop of entry-level subcompact car models.
