Speed, volume & reliability
Article Abstract:
The high-volume copier market is generally a stable sector with less competition compared to lower volume machines. When choosing high volume copiers it is essential that there is a clear understanding of the copier's functions and of user requirements. A high-volume copier is capable of producing up to 135 copies per minute. The increasing popularity of laser printers is mainly affecting the lower volume copier market and printers are unlikely ever to produce copies at a comparable rate to high-volume copiers.

Features run-down
Article Abstract:
Copy duplicators have a variety of different features and are able to cope with reasonably large monthly copy volumes. The biggest advantage of copy duplicators is their high copy speeds, with the high-end machines able to produce 150 copies per minute. Copy duplicators are easy to use , have versatile handling capabilities and are mostly reliable. However copy quality can be variable and they are noisy. The main features of copy duplicators are presented.

The digital age
Article Abstract:
Digital duplicators are a cost-effective and speedy alternative to high volume copiers and are an increasingly popular option for businesses. All digital duplicators offer optional connectivity although manufacturers have taken different approaches to this facility. For example, Duplo uses a SCSI interface for connectivity while NRG employs print controllers to offer connectivity.
