A cross-cultural comparison of British and Turkish managers in terms of Protestant work ethic characteristics
Article Abstract:
The author compares the Protestant work ethic characteristics practiced by British Protestant and Turkish Muslim managers as measured by the Mirels and Garett scale. Results indicate the Muslim managers measured higher than the Protestant managers.
