Article Abstract:

A study on giving contract of a risky activity, under the presence of adverse selection and moral hazard, is presented.The problem focuses on providing incentives, from the principal to the agent, under non-bankruptcy and bankruptcy conditions. Under non-bankruptcy, the principal rewards the agent if no accident occurs, and penalizes, if accident occurs. But in bankruptcy condition, no penalty is present incase an accident occurs.
