The social aspects of punishments and rewards in business settings are analyzed, particularly their relationship with motives behind helping behavior. The influence of social norms are also evaluated regarding the reducing effect of sponsor competitions on social welfare.

Self control in peer groups
Article Abstract:
The impact of social influences, peer effects and the social interactions on self-control among youths is analyzed. The analysis showed that the people with confidence will find the interactions valuable and others will try to avoid such interactions.
