Macroeconomic modeling for monetary policy evaluation
Article Abstract:
A framework of a stochastic version of the conventional neoclassical growth model is presented for evaluating monetary policy. The model takes into account prominent New Keynesian paradigms such as money, monopolistic competition and nominal rigidities as well as some form of nominal stickiness.

Oil and the macroeconomy since the 1970s
Article Abstract:
The evidence that led many economists to ascribe a central role to exogenous political events in modeling the oil market is critically examined. An argument in favor of reverse causality from macroeconomic variables to oil prices is presented.
