Political economic chaos?
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted on the effect of incorporating interest group pressure on the political business cycle. Two cases were analyzed, one involving the inclusion of autonomous investment and the other involving the incorporation of a Kaldor-type induced investment function. Results showed the appearance of chaotic fluctuations even when the fiscal forcing term is minimal.
