Returns to schooling in Russia and Ukraine: a semiparametric approach to cross-country comparative analysis
Article Abstract:
A comparative analysis of the returns to schooling in Russia and Ukraine during transition of their respective economies from planned to market economies is presented. Data from 1985 to 2002 is considered for the purpose.
