There is a wide range of material that is of interest to economics teachers dealing with undergraduate students. Christina and David Romer have assessed the impact of monetary policy on people who are poor, in 'Monetary Policy and the Well-Being of the Poor'. Meanwhile, Sylvia Nasar's 'Is the US Income Gap Really a Big Problem' examines the views of two economists on this issue. Other useful works include articles in the popular press, including a guide to the best web sites for those interested in economics.
