Article Abstract:
The ever-increasing demand for connections to university networks by students and the expanding use of e-learning means that universities and colleges cannot stop investing in IT. University IT managers face the difficult task of managing the demands of students while making sure that their networks do not become overloaded or fall victim to viruses and malicious attacks.
