Children and place: Reggio Emilia's environment as third teacher
Article Abstract:
The Reggio Emilia education system recognizes environment as a third teacher between child, teacher and parent. The system identifies space as an important source of imparting good childhood education, enabling preservice as well as experienced teachers to use this knowledge to form their teaching policy.

Article Abstract:
The educational system employed by Reggio Emilia and its use to children form different cultural backgrounds are discussed. It is seen that the children use play and materials as their strongest expressions to voice their ideas and to overcome the cultural and language barriers in the class room.

Exploring learning with teachers and children: An administrator's perspective
Article Abstract:
A series of investigations on early education was carried out, influenced by the Reggio Emilia approach as well as the theory of Paulo Freire. A project which brought together both ideas taught educators to see themselves, children, teaching and learning as all connected and transformative.
