Female guide to shelf fulfillment
Article Abstract:
United Kingdom National Library of Women Director Antonia Byatt has until Spring 2001 to set up the new library. It is going to be built in the East End of London, England, at a cost of 11 million pounds sterling. The new library will display items of interest from famous women, such as the athlete Sally Gunnell's running clothes. Byatt plans to ensure the new building has sufficient facilities, such as cafes. She wants the library to be used freely by the public. The library will also contain the Fawcett Library collection.
