Drive on to topple a bullish Clarke
Article Abstract:
The Tory and Liberal Democrat parties have stated that they plan to target the Norwich South constituency currently held by education secretary Charles Clarke in the hope that concerns about university top-up fees could help over-turn his current 8,816 majority.
