Article Abstract:
Some student unions have withdrawn recognition from religious societies based on the assumption that the belief among conservative Christians that some behaviour is sinful is an expression of hate. Article Abstract:
Britain led the way in abolishing slavery in the early part of the 19th century, but also profited greatly from slave-based commerce during that time, a period that is seen as a dark stain on British history.
