London sounds fees warning
Article Abstract:
Submissions to the Dearing Inquiry have warned against the development of more higher education in further education colleges, as University of London colleges fear there would be further devaluation of the university degree. The Higher Education Quality Council calls for new approaches to protect academic standards, and the Association of Business Schools feels that higher education students should have greater access to business and management education.

Musical cheers and beautiful noise
Article Abstract:

Music has a paradoxical effect in both modern and ancient civilizations. It is used to calm, but also to bond groups and encourage acts of bravery.
