The MSPs have sent their report to Scottish MPs at Westminster in an attempt to influence the way the vote on the higher education bill, which, if passed, will introduce top-up fees in England. Scottish colleges and universities have called for an additional UKPd100 mil/yr by 2006-2007, but the report avoids giving specific sums.
