...believe universities could get much more impact from poets on campus
Article Abstract:
The poet-in-residence at the University of Central England argues that the majority of university managers do not really understand the true value that an on-campus poet can have for an university as a whole. Universities would be able to get much more out of their poets if they fully included them in their long-term plans for the university and provided them with a degree of financial security by funding them properly.

...think that universities should take campus religion seriously
Article Abstract:
The Anglican chaplain to the Manchester higher education community analyses the way in which universities and colleges engage with, or don't engage with, the various religious communities that their students come from. It is argued that by failing to interact with these religious groups universities are failing to act responsibly and fulfil the duty of care they owe their students.
