Fujitsu establishes development system for system LSIs
Article Abstract:
Fujitsu has launched the IPWare Program, which aims to shorten the development periods of system LSs to one-third the normal time. The company expects to earn 300 billion yen in system LSI sales by 2001 and own 10% of the world market through IPWare. The program technologies includes 0.25- 0.18-micron design rules for ASICs; technologies for hybrid memory and logic devices; and state-of-the-art electronic packaging.
