WSCC revises peak-demand growth outlook

The Western Systems Coordinating Council (WSCC) has revised upward its projections for peak-demand growth for the period 1992-2001. The WSCC forecasts that growth will be 1.9%, up from the forecasted 1.5% projected for the period 1991-2000.
