Listening to the voice of the employee
Article Abstract:
Employee surveys are effective communication tools in analyzing the problems, opinions and reactions of a company's employees to various changes in the organization. These surveys need careful planning, should be conducted at least once in fifteen months and are effective only if the management shares the results of the survey with employees and makes the necessary changes. Managers should emphasize the importance of these surveys to the future of the organization to their employees.
