Telecoms will benefit from the relay race
Article Abstract:
Japan's Matsushita Automation Controls has developed a miniature relay board that can double the number of lines of a standard line card, enabling greater functionality. The AGN relay consumes just 140m W and is available in through-hole mounting and SMD configurations. Matsushita plans to introduce a new version of the AGN relay in early-1999 which will be much flatter than conventional designs.
