What it takes to be a quality consultant
Article Abstract:
Quality consultants should be able to deal with corporate preconceptions about quality, to expedite cultural change, to act as catalysts, and to oversee the building-in of quality. These attributes are in addition to those needed by any management consultant, such as honoring confidentiality, concentrating on long-term changes and benefits, and maintaining honesty and integrity. Each of the four quality consultant attributes are discussed in detail.
