Climatic change impact on atmospheric nitrogen deposition in northwestern Europe: a model study
Article Abstract:
A study is done using a Multi-scale Atmospheric Transport and Chemistry (MATCH) model to examine the effects of the changes in climate on nitrogen deposition in northwestern Europe. Results showed that northwestern Europe would experience small changes in N deposition as a consequence of climate change with the exception of the west coast which would experience an increase in N deposition of 10-20% in 2021-2050.
