The 1994 Burgundy vintage is a mixed lot, and the Domaine Romanee-Contis of the '94 vintage was affected by rot due to heavy rains. The result is some harsh tannins. The 1994 red Burgundies are rated on a scale of one 10 100, with tasting notes provided, and vintages are rated.

Sacha Lichine battles to get his Burgundies into U.S
Article Abstract:
Lichine is attempting to get a Massachusetts court to reverse an injunction prohibiting him from marketing wines under the name of Sacha Lichine and Associes. Lichine sold his wine business in 1964, selling the usage of his name in the process.
