Leaf roll virus causing headaches in South Africa's vinyards
Article Abstract:
Leaf roll is damaging South African grape crops and wines en masse. South African wine makers have been replacing infected vines with new ones, because the disease is caused by the mealy bug which is very hard to kill with pesticides.
