Try wine for a ripe old age

A French study has indicated that those who are moderate wine drinkers retain better intellectual capacities in old age than those who drink more or do not drink at all. Moderate wine drinking has also been shown to play a role in preventing heart disease.

Wine may help prevent the common cold
Article Abstract:
Researchers are suggesting that moderate wine drinkers may develop fewer colds than those who abstain. A study showed that wine, beer and whiskey consumption totalling about two drinks per day helped ward off colds in non-smokers.
