Crab meat is referred to as food of the gods, since it has an exotic taste and at the same time is costly. Crab cakes have suddenly filled the menus of coastal and inland chefs, a proof that crab meat is everyone's favorite. A recipe showing how to make a crab melt sandwich is presented.
