Article Abstract:
Change or vicissitude ranks with death and taxes among that which is constant in life. That change is constant may seem oxymoronic, but all humans know that change is inevitable. Vicissitude can be considered the source of opportunity for with it, expansion, progress and realization can come about. The Society for Nutrition Education has been experiencing a number of changes which it has adopted wholeheartedly for in embracing change, the organization is celebrating continuity.

Implementation factors related to outcomes of a nutrition education program for Latinos with limited English proficiency
Article Abstract:
Implementation factors strongly influence the outcomes of nutrition education programs. An evaluation of the implementation of a heart health/nutrition education program on a group of Latin American immigrants with limited proficiency in English has shown that program implementation mediates long-term nutrition program outcomes. Future nutrition programs for populations with low English proficiency should address implementation issues to have successful outcomes.
