Families of loved ones lost at war deserve answers
Article Abstract:
US is lacking the full account of its war prisoners from World War II, the Korean War, the Cold War, the Gulf War and the Vietnam War. This has resulted in the families, veterans and concerned citizens demanding the fullest possible accounting of Prisoners of War (POWs) and Missing in Action (MIAs), thus making it a national priority.

How to fix the spare-parts dilemma
Article Abstract:
The United States military is experiencing a shortage of spare parts, which can lower combat readiness and undermine the morale of service members. To solve this problem, the Bush administration should increase military funding, modernize equipment, maintain the size of the armed forces, and improve quality of life for personnel.
