AGA's longest serving executive director Charles W. Culkin, is complimented for his leadership qualities, contribution and affection to the job in all respects on the eve of his farewell. Charles has always been most proud of Certificate of Excellence in Accountability Reporting (CEAR) Program, which was his first initiative as executive director.
