Improving performance reporting for government: New guidance and resources
Article Abstract:
The use of performance measure in managing operations and presenting results of government programs to the public and elected officials are on the increase by government officials. This is basically to inform constituents/stakeholders about how the government is meeting its established objectives and achieving its broad mission of helping maintain or improve the well-being of its citizens.
