Article Abstract:
The economic and political problems faced by California highlight the need for 're-assembling, renewing and re-earning' California to restore its past glory. Classrooms should be reorganized, education should be given priority over administration and bureaucracy and efforts should be made to curtail street violence. California should become a universal state with thoroughly ecumenical society and live up to its dream.
