Angina with 'normal' coronary arteries: A changing philosophy
Article Abstract:
Normal or nonobstructive coronary disease at angiography is common and occurs in 10% of women presenting with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction compared with 6% in men. It is observed that assessment of endothelial function may help identify patients at risk for future cardiac events.

The treatment of coital angina is reviewed. Topics include mechanisms of coital angina, risk factors and risk stratification, patient management, and management of patients treated for erectile dysfunction. Coital angina is chest pain that occurs after sexual intercourse.

Incidence and prognostic implications of stable angina pectoris among women and men
Article Abstract:
The sex differences in the incidence and the prognosis of stable angina pectoris in a large ambulatory population are determined. The results have shown that women have a similarly high incidence of stable angina compared with men.
