Can bodybuilders take a yolk?

Article Abstract:

Several studies on the nutritionalaspects of eggs are discussed. Results indicate that eggs contributed to an increase in the levels of good cholesterol in the blood. Bodybuilders who include eggs in their diets also tend to have lower cholesterol levels than other athletes.

Garden-variety muscle: how bodybuilders can beef up without eating meat

Article Abstract:

A number of bodybuilders have become vegetarians for health and environmental reasons. However, being a vegetarian for bodybuilders is difficult because not enough calories and proteins may be consumed. This can be remedied by using supplements.
