Case 26-2005: A 48-year-old man with sudden loss of consciousness while jogging
Article Abstract:
Syncope, defined as a transient loss of consciousness accompanied by loss of postural tone is a common disease and results from a sudden decrease in cerebral blood flow, a low-flow state. A case study of a 48-year-old man showing signs of cardiac syncope with reference to the physician's diagnosis, pathological discussion, and discussion of management, is presented.

Article Abstract:
A case study of a three-year-old boy who was admitted to the hospital after recurrent episodes of respiratory insufficiency, pulmonary infiltrates, and anemia is presented. He was diagnosed with pulmonary hemorrhage and hemosiderosis, consistent with idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis.
