Article Abstract:
The author discusses the the controversy the University of Toronto has become embroiled in regarding their behavior towards employees and corporate donors. British psychiatrist David Healy who has accepted a senior position at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health and the Department of Psychiatry at the University is considering to file a lawsuit against the University for the breach of contract based on his speech made at the University which was very critical of the pharmaceutical industry and based on his views on the antidepressant drugs.
