Defining nursing knowledge
Article Abstract:
Nurses use a wide range of knowledge in practice, some theoretical and some practical, so identifying what nursing knowledge is should be central to practice. Such knowledge is important to raise awareness of personal and professional accountability, inform the dilemmas of practice and improve patient care.

The potential for combining (CBT) and client-centered counseling (CCC) in nurse education and practice is presented. This integrated model may play an important role in the application and delivery of a therapeutic intervention within the mental health field.

Training funds still under fire
Article Abstract:
The article analyzes the trend of using training funds for nurses for other purposes besides training such as strategic reserves or contingency funds. The lack of funds has also led to the stoppage of sending nurses on study leave to train themselves further.
